What are the home plan's limits?

The free plan comes with a splash page view limit of 500. There's no admin users either. You can generate up to 500 vouchers per month.

What are splash page views?

Every time a guest user tries to connect to a Captive Portal network they will see a splash page. We count how many hits there are to your splash page per month.

How am I charged?

The service is charged monthly in advance. Any devices you add to your account will be charged to your card at the end of the month.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel whenever you want, there are no contracts. If you're on a paid plan, you will be charged for any devices added to your account during the month.

Are there API limits?

The free account is limited at 10,000 requests per day. The business and premium plans are restricted to 50,000 and 100,000 daily. If you need more, please contact us.

What are Integrations?

Connect your other WebApps with CT WiFi. Eg. automatically sync your guests with your Salesforce account or send an alert to your Slack account if a box goes offline.

What Support do I get?

Basic support includes helping with initial setup and basic problems. Dashboard support includes help and advice with configuring your dashboard for specific use-cases. Network support includes help configuring more advanced settings, and troubleshooting network problems. Premium support includes telephone support.

Is there an SLA?

There are no SLAs. We attempt to answer your queries as soon as possible. Support is limited to assistance with the dashboard.
